 Relevant University degree: Graduated Psychologist and Economist;
 Seven (7) years of Project Managment expirience;¸
 Seven (7) years of work with youth issues and cooperation with organizations and institutions dealing with these issues;
 Sevent (7) years of Public Relations expirience (media, government services, etc.);
 Seven (7) years experience in the therapeutic work with treated alcoholics and addicted to drugs, as well as with their families;
 Seven (7) years of work in and cooperation with civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
 Six (6) years expirience in maintenance of education, trainings and mediation;
 Five (5) years of active work expirience in: research and statistical analysis and evaluation;
 Five (5) years experience in the application of psychological instruments and interpretation of its results;
 Four (4) years experience in the therapeutic work with children who are victims of domestic violence;
 Three (3) years of expirience in Project managment funding by EU (Knowledge of EU Procedures;
 Two (2) years of expirience in Environmental protection, promotion of the natural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
